- I have Rolladens on all the windows and doors of a 3500+ square foot property now. For some reason the dining room and bedroom was not done originally, nor was the front entry that now has a glass front door. I inherited this home from a family member and her other home had Rolladens on it as well. When she bought in the valley, she set about doing the same for this house. The Rolladens make the house incredibly safe, private and energy efficient. I always thought my relative was a little nuts to be such an avid fan but I am now a convert. We can leave the house unattended for long periods and not worry that we will be burgled, nor worry about home invasions when we’re home. We save money because the window coverings are insulated and the heat doesn’t penetrate into the house in the summer and we keep the heat in during the winter! I save power and lots of money every year and that is really cool. The owners are Jean and Randy and they are just great people. Very knowledgeable, honest and friendly.
